Andrey Vdovin to head Asian-Pacific Bank

The Board of Directors of Asian-Pacific Bank recommended Andrey Vdovin (at present being Chairman of the Board of Directors) for the position of Chairman of the Executive Board. Mr. Vdovin’s official appointment will take place upon his approval by the Bank of Russia.

Mr. Vdovin is one of the main beneficiary owners of the Bank and the member of the Board of Directors during 10 years. The decision to chair the APB Executive Board at the challenging period for banking sector is associated with willingness to make prompt strategic and tactical decisions for successful business promotion. Mr. Vdovin possesses an impeccable business reputation with over 25 years of unique banking experience.

Nowadays he is the member of the Board of Directors at Asian-Pacific Bank, M2M Private Bank, the Insurance company Helios Reserve, Azbuka Vkusa as well as the President of the Russian Golf Association and Editor-in-chief of the Russian version of the SPEAR’S magazine.
