On April 30^th 2015 “Asian-Pacific Bank” (OJSC) paid out the 6^th coupon and fully redeemed the debut bonds series 01 (identification number 4-01-01810-B dated 29.12.2011). Total amount of coupon payable on last IPD was equal RUB 78,21 mln or RUB 52,14 per bond. Total amount of coupon on this bond issue amounted to more than RUB 465 mln.

The placement of bonds series 01 was successfully completed on April 27, 2012. Total debt amounted to RUB 1,5 bln with maturity of 3 years. The joint lead managers and bookrunners were Promsvasbank, Rosbank, Troika Dialog. APB paid off the debt and has been paying regular coupons fully and on time according to issue terms.
