Joint Stock Company Asian-Pacific Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) notifies you that on September 30, 2020, the Bank’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders made a decision to terminate the public status of PJSC Asian-Pacific Bank, to amend the Articles of Association of PJSC Asian-Pacific Bank excluding the indication that the company is public, and to approve a new version of Articles of Association of JSC Asian-Pacific Bank, as well as to appeal to the Bank of Russia with an application to release the Bank from the obligation to disclose information set forth by Russian legislation “On Securities” (Minutes No. 5 dated September 30, 2020).
On November 2, 2020, the Bank of Russia decided to release the Bank from the obligation to disclose information in accordance with Article 30 of Federal Law No. 39-FZ dated April 22, 1996 “On securities market”.
On November 30, 2020, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 1 for Amur region registered the following amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association:

The Bank of Russia made a record to the Book for State Registration of Lending Institutions on new corporate name of the Bank.

It is necessary to indicate the bank’s new name in terms of legal status in the payment documents from December 02, 2020.
Please note that due to the change in the Bank’s name, re-execution of existing agreements is not required. The change in the name will not entail any changes in the rights and obligations of the Bank in relation to its customers and partners.
