By the decision of the Board of Directors of Asian-Pacific Bank from December 1, 2014 Andrey Novikov was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Andrey Vdovin was appointed as the Chairman of the Executive Board.

Andrey Vdovin, born in 1971 in Moscow. In 1993 he graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation, “Finance, Credit and Monetary Circulation”.

Started his banking career in 1988.

From June 2014 he held position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Asian-Pacific.

Nowadays, he is the member of the Board of Directors at Asian-Pacific Bank, M2M Private Bank, the Insurance company Helios Reserve, Azbuka Vkusa as well as the President of the Russian Golf Association and Editor-in-chief of the Russian version of the SPEAR’S magazine.
